About us.

Founded by Meg Colbert, Collection Care Services seeks to fill a gap in the fine art services industry–the lack of a standardized approach to packing and caring for cultural heritage objects in transit and in storage. To this end, Collection Care Services provides consultation in the development of packing and storage solutions for artworks. Bringing her experience orchestrating workshops and trainings tailored for art handlers, preparators, and conservators as well as conducting in-depth materials and methods research to address the specific needs of museum and foundation clients, Collection Care Services is a reflection of over two decades of experience and knowledge accrued working in the fine art logistics industry.
